That item was placed during a fun trip to Phillips Park. No particular destination just having fun :)
found TB. Not sure what to do with it. Will hold on to it and place in a new cache at a later time. I was looking for instructions on this one and it doesn't seem to have and directions. Will pick a new discreet location some good distance away.
