Found this bug in a cache in Federal Way, WA. It was not activated, so I contacted the owner to get it activated. Will try to get it moving on its way. I have never picked up a trackable for this website before. I think you might have a problem with people tracking/logging in this unfamiliar system. Hopefully, I can get it moving for you.
