I can not get this thing to work! We picked it up in July and it wasn't active so I emailed the owner and today I heard back that it is active now. Unfortunately, when I scan the trackable it says I'm in New Mexico or Missouri? I found it in Washington and I still have it in Washington. I know the other entries on the log are wrong too because I've had it the whole time!
