Like the previous logger, I was new to this type of trackable, so I was unable to log it when I found it on 03/11/2016. I finally was able to access the website today, and I am now officially picking it up. I am in Fort Worth, Texas, and I will be going to San Antonio, Texas tomorrow and I will place it in another location, that hopefully will have more traffic and better understanding of how to log it. Sorry for the very long delay.
I picked this one up out of my cache which had to be archived. Hopefully, I have logged it correctly as this website is not as easy to navigate as I would like. Good luck.
